To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
TradeCompass offers two paid tiers in addition to a free tier:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
All purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Unused credits or remaining subscription periods are not eligible for refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeCompass and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of the information provided.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account closure except where required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
